It is because of faith that we exchange the present for the future

“It is because of faith that we exchange the present for the future”

This quote brought me great comfort this week. When we are at a crossroads and we can’t see far ahead, all we can do is place our trust in God and pray for HIS will to be done.

As we await God’s will for our home, we are placing our trust in Him who cares more for us than the flowers in the field. Be sure to remember He is taking care of YOUR every need too!

Please pray for us, and if you can, please help us raise what is needed to get us in a home:

We cannot thank you enough,

God bless you all,

With love,

Rita Xo 🙂

Your post today brought tears to my eyes. Most of us take for granted the gift of the roofs over our heads. I have long been so thankful to have a home as part of God’s provision for my children and I, especially since part of his plan was for me to be a single parent for a long time! It is a real gift and I hope to always make the best use of it. I have even thought of using it later for assisted living or something similar.

I pray you are given God’s greatest blessing for your family, just what you need in a home, very soon!

    Peace, Lisa

      Awww Lisa,
Thank you so much for posting here…Yes, we often take for granted what comes to simple to us. We too were dull to the gift of our home before God allowed it all to be taken away. But we are now better for it. Better because our eyes are opened and we understand more what it means to lean on God for our needs. I was a single parent for a short time as well, so I understand your thankfulness.
God is good and knows exactly when He will hand out His blessings…so I await the day. 🙂
      God bless you,
      Rita Xo 🙂
