Soooo you were thinkin' about starting T-tapp?

I got this question about Ttapp, “Allo again!  Soooo I was thinkin' about starting T-tap? It looks pretty interesting.. would you have any tips or ideas?  lol”

 

And I thought welllllllll, a few of you might be thinking this same thing so thought I’d reply here on the blog.

The first tip I give everyone is to grab the Ttapp BOOK from Teresa, as that will give you a reference guide to the background behind all the moves. Now for anyone not familiar with Ttapp, it is one of the best programs I have found in 2008 I think. When I began, it was at a time I was trying to get control of my health and anxiety was a HUGE issue I was trying to get under control. So when I began T-tapping it began stirring up a lot of anxiety that I actually had stored in my body. (yes it can do that!) so it took a while for my body to adjust and for the anxiety to flush itself out. I made good progress but soon after discovered I couldn’t do a full workout due to some adrenal issues, so things slowed down for me.

I made some progress but as life goes, I fell off the T-tapp wagon and more than one time. But I always remembered one key feature is “Curl the Core” this is a unique T-tapp feature but as any woman knows keeping our muffin tops from growing is a top priority. And wouldn’t you know I came to learn that adrenal issues can add to your waist measurement… Oh the learning never stops does it?

So over time I lost 4-6 inches of my waist and with Curl the Core I’ve been able to keep my waist stabilized thankfully. Ttapp is designed to be able to get done on the go, once you understand how to activate your body you can do it while driving and pushing a cart at the store, and that’s what I love about it. WOMEN with HEALTH ISSUES:

For anyone just starting out after many years of being sedentary, or having some health issues I HIGHLY recommend the MORE workout. It is gentle on the knees (I love it with my knee issues!) and on bad days you can do the workout sitting and it has plenty of variety to not get bored with it. Grab it HERE.

BUSY MOMS, NO HEALTH ISSUES:

For anyone with no health issues, maybe just want to try it, start with the Basic Workout. That’s what I started with in the early days and it’s a great workout you never grow out of! Get it HERE.
