After Christmas is time for …

Merry Christmas to you all !

We are taking some time off here for our Christmas. We hope you all have had time to enjoy your family and bask in the graces from Holy Mass.

Gramma is visiting and I’m just recovering from a health setback thanks to some wheat/gluten I had on Christmas eve.

But, we will be back with some really useful posts on taking charge of your health. New year resolution anyone ? 🙂

Before I go, everyone knows, after Christmas – be sure to check out our After Christmas Sale, below. Take this inventory off our hands and save us some inventory counting in the New year! 🙂

Just a few more days and we’ll be in a new year. And then snow will melt and next thing will be Lent! Time forever moves us forward with little pity for us. Let us be thankful for all we have, all God has been so good to give to us. Through crosses and suffering we still owe Him all we have.

Do you have health issues?
Weight that won’t come off?
Tired all the time ?

Be sure to join me in January for my Natural Health series for Catholics.
And if you have a question be sure to send it to me by replying back to this email.

God bless you and keep you!
~Rita
