ORDER PROCESSING:

We attempt to ship all orders within 7-10 days. Please keep in mind, that we are a large, homeschooling family (and not Amazon.com) We design, publish, and print many of our items as well as ship them from our extremely rural area. It is rare but, family or vehicle emergencies or problems can arise. If you have a special date in mind, email us, and we are often able to work make special arrangements.

We strive to answer emails within 24 hours, and phone calls by the second day. Please be sure to give us enough details if your inquiring about an order. We need to know your full name, order number, date and return phone or email. You will save time by giving this to us when you leave us your phone message or email. It is impossible to guess who *Mary* is when that is all we have to go on!

FOR U.S. ORDERS:

All the prices on our website are in Canadian Funds.
And all U.S Orders will receive a Discount for U.S Funds based on the daily exchange rate.

*If you are paying with a credit card, this discount will be reflected on your credit card statement.
*If sending a check, please wait for us to email you your revised total before sending payment.
*If paying with Paypal: Paypal will send us the proper amount and you will see your discount reflected in your Paypal Receipt.

U.S SHIPPING:

We are located in Canada. But, all our U.S. shipping is done from New York. We process all our own exports (yes, that includes lengthy export papers!) and take all our U.S. mail across the border so it enters the U.S mail system faster. This can mean a small delay as our U.S. deliveries are sent every 7 to 12 days. But, once in the U.S. mail system, we can track, insure, and get items to you faster so your wait time is shorter.

FOR CANADIAN ORDERS:

Our website does not add Ontario Pst of 8%. This must be added by us manually. If you are sending a check, please wait for our email to confirm your total with PST.

If paying with Paypal, we may send you a request for the PST portion of your order.
*Pst is only charged in Ontario and only on non-book items.

FOREIGN ORDERS:

We welcome any foreign orders! Any order outside the U.S. or Canada is considered foreign and should be paid with a credit card. Shipping is sometimes higher than quoted on your order, but will be as close to actual cost if anything above. We ship many small orders by Global Priority from the U.S. to speed up delivery. Other orders are sent Surface unless you are willing to pay for faster delivery. There is no tracking or insurance for foreign destinations and we are not held responsible for lost packages once they leave our hands. We will do our best to work on resolving any losses if we can.

OUR BACK-ORDER POLICY:

All back ordered items are shipped Free at no additional charge. If a back-ordered item will be in stock within a reasonable amount of time, then we will automatically put it on back order and ship the item as soon as our stock arrives.

If we have no set date for an item, most back ordered items are removed from your order and it will be noted on your invoice to re-order in 4-6 weeks.

Sometimes it happens that an order is taken with a back order, only to find the item is out of print. At that time a credit is automatically issued and put on your account with us and a Credit Slip included in your order.

OUR RETURN POLICY:

It is extremely important to us that you are happy with your order from us. We try our best to package things well, but rarely items will get damaged or mistakes are made.

All Returns must be reported within 7 days of receipt of order.

Shortages or Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order for exchange or credit only. All reports after that time will not be honored. All orders now include a Return Form. A Return Authorization (RA) is necessary.

NON-DAMAGED RETURNS:

All Returns are for Credit or Exchange only and must have prior authorization from us. All orders include a Return Form. A Return Authorization (RA) is necessary.

Rather than charge a Restocking Fee, like many other companies, we have waived our Restocking Fee (saving you up to 20%!), and instead offer you a full Refund for Exchange or Credit Only.

REFUNDS:

No Cash Refunds on check payments. Refunds can only be given to Paypal or credit card payments, less a restocking fee.

Please note if we receive your returned item damaged, it will not be accepted for return or acknowledged and you will not receive your credit or the item back.
(This includes pen marks and damaged book corners.) The item must be received in *like new* condition, so extremely good packing is necessary.

If you do not contact us before returning, we cannot honor or acknowledge your return. We cannot cover any return shipping fees, our resources are simply too limited.

To be fair to all our families, there can be no exceptions to these rules. Please help us be good stewards of our apostolate and honor these simple rules that help us in our work of saving souls.

We are reasonable and so these rules are the guideline we go by, if you have a specific situation that isn’t covered here, please just contact us and we’ll see what we can do.
