I hope you have been making your way through the “Organize your Soul’ Class. It sure has been an amazing journey watching everyone grow in their faith and love of God by knowing how to better carry their crosses!

In the class we covered everything from learning what our crosses mean, and how to Trust God more, to how to take care of our health so we can carry our crosses better! It was a jam packed 7 weeks of lessons!

I’ve put together the resources  that I recommended in Lesson 4 to help you heal your health so you are able to carry your crosses better. Don’t laugh, taking care of your body that God designed as a temple for Him takes learning, and time. So, take care of it for HIM!
