Behind-the-scenes Photo-Shoot for the upcoming release of my book, “Immodesty, Satan’s Virtue”

My new “portable” desk…Now you all remember that pretty desk I refinished to put in my office? Well that didn’t last long. LOL God had other plans. My elderly mother has taken over my ‘office’ (Until we can build her her own room). I’ve moved my work upstairs to a tiny guest room where I can shoot my video’s and spread out my research and get to work. So, I picked up this $29 table from Walmart and I can literally move it ANYWHERE to get work done. FUN! 🙂

With my book nearing completion…(OH I can HOPE?) It was time to get some good photo’s so I can show you all what REAL Catholic MODESTY is? LOL  We couldn’t help but take advantage of this lovely weather we’ve been having… Andrew took some BEHIND the scenes shots of the day for us.

Penny from Penny Tanner Photographer was our photographer. She was great and so patient with us. She started by explaining to the boys how the Camera works. She is a young mom herself so it was great to find her.

While I needed some shots for my book, we were able to get some family pictures taken as well of the boys. The boys had fun with her and almost looked like ‘friends’ LOL you know BOYS! 🙂

Mark and I couldn’t help but laugh trying to get pictures taken…We lost all our photo’s in our fire. Everything from our dating days, to our wedding day and beyond. Thankfully we had fun this day and didn’t think how sad that all is. I can’t wait to SEE what these all look like when we get them back! 🙂

A scarf tree, for my book photo-shoot. This was Penny’s idea. Yes, those are ALL my scarves, (well HALF, this is summer after all and winter scarves are packed away!) Mark says, I am the “Queen of Skirts and Scarves” after all. 🙂

Penny made up a heart with the scarves which was really fun. Look at how patient Liam is here. He can’t wait to get closer. 🙂

My FAVORITE – Liam got right into the fun, filling in the ‘scarf heart’ with more scarves. So sweet and what a FUN day Penny made this for all of us.

I can’t wait to share the REAL pictures with you once they are back from the photographer.
