Soooo you were thinkin’ about starting T-tapp?
By Rita Davidson
I got this question about Ttapp, “Allo again! Soooo I was thinkin’ about starting T-tap? It looks pretty interesting.. would you have any tips or ideas? lol”
And I thought welllllllll, a few of you might be thinking this same thing so thought I’d reply here on the blog.
The first tip I give everyone is to grab the Ttapp BOOK from Teresa, as that will give you a reference guide to the background behind all the moves. BUT….it will also give you a 30% off discount on your first order with her! SOOOO, if you ever thinking of starting, grab a copy of her book first from Amazon or even right at the Ttapp Store HERE.
Now for anyone not familiar with Ttapp, it is one of the best programs I have found in 2008 I think. When I began, it was at a time I was trying to get control of my health and anxiety was a HUGE issue I was trying to get under control. So when I began T-tapping it began stirring up a lot of anxiety that I actually had stored in my body. (yes it can do that!) so it took a while for my body to adjust and for the anxiety to flush itself out. I made good progress but soon after discovered I couldn’t do a full workout due to some adrenal issues, so things slowed down for me.
I made some progress but as life goes, I fell off the T-tapp wagon and more than one time. But I always remembered one key feature is “Curl the Core” this is a unique T-tapp feature but as any woman knows keeping our muffin tops from growing is a top priority. And wouldn’t you know I came to learn that adrenal issues can add to your waist measurement… Oh the learning never stops does it?
So over time I lost 4-6 inches of my waist and with Curl the Core I’ve been able to keep my waist stabilized thankfully. Ttapp is designed to be able to get done on the go, once you understand how to activate your body you can do it while driving and pushing a cart at the store, and that’s what I love about it. It is a comprehensive workout that concentrates on flushing the lymph which detoxifies the body and so it accomplishes A LOT with very little input. In fact just read this:
But TODAY is DEEP DISCOUNT TUESDAY and today you can get a 30% discount applied to your ENTIRE order*!
(no discount code is even needed so just go shop and dream of having a slimmer summer 🙂 After all, we do NEED to take care of this ‘temple of the Holy Spirit’ don’t we? 🙂
So NO need to purchase the book if you don’t want too. Or you can purchase the book at 30% OFF AND use it next time to get 30% OFF your order!!! Double Bonus points! Haha 🙂
But I don’t want you to get overwhelmed with the choices, so if you want to get something today, here are my recommendations:
WOMEN with HEALTH ISSUES:
For anyone just starting out after many years of being sedentary, or having some health issues I HIGHLY recommend the MORE workout. It is gentle on the knees (I love it with my knee issues!) and on bad days you can do the workout sitting and it has plenty of variety to not get bored with it. Grab it HERE.
BUSY MOMS, NO HEALTH ISSUES:
For anyone with no health issues, maybe just want to try it, start with the Basic Workout. That’s what I started with in the early days and it’s a great workout you never grow out of! Get it HERE.
Now I didn’t accomplish this all myself, but I’ve been working with my good friend and Ttapp trainer Trisch Richardson. If not for her generous knowledge and support I would have never gotten through some difficult times and difficult health issues. As a Christian mom of many who understands modesty, you will be BLESSED by having Trisch by your side too! Find her Beautiful You class HERE.
And there you have it! Those are my top recommendations for starting with T-tapp and I DO hope you will jump over there today and grab something? It will do your body a world of good, and there is nothing like being able to have the energy to keep up with our kids and husbands and do all that God has asked us to do. I’m still working on my Curl the Core, and getting back into my MORE workouts soon now that lent is over. So if you start your T-tapp, come back here and let me know how you’re doing? And how you like it? What workout your doing? I’d LOVE to hear from you. I Need some accountability too! haha <3
I hope this blesses you as you take care of that body that God gave us!
