We were BORN to suffer

 WewereBORNtosuffer

WHOOPS! not a GREAT start to the new year!

I meant to send out an email a week ago and that week just got away from me.  Well you’d think a New year would get me on top of my game a bit better?  Have you had days or weeks like that too? A blurr I think they are called? LOL
My days are now taken up with my elderly mother who needs very REGULAR meals and daily nursing care. That plus homeschooling and fitting in writing has been well, a hit a miss so far in 2016. Thankfully it has only just BEGUN!
I hope to write more about the details of our days for you…some days are just miracles that I can barely put in words. Other days are so stressful I am begging for bedtime! Some days all I can think of is my own impending death and how gracious God has been to me this far.
I pray I never fill your inbox with dribble. Just more of what you don’t need. ALL our inboxes are BURSTING with this offer and THAT offer. This sale and THAT sale. I know I can barely keep up with my own. SO I dare NOT send you anything that won’t CHALLENGE you, help EDUCATE you or SUPPORT you in your daily struggle to be CATHOLIC in a non-Catholic world.

With that said, I DIDN’T want you to MISS this 75% OFF Sale on my most IMPORTANT CLASS!

With the recent death of a dear friend that took this class when it came out a year ago, I wanted to pass on some savings for those struggling to understand their own crosses. I can say many sugar-coated things to make you LOVE your life, but until we are ready to embrace our crosses we will NEVER be ready for the battle that takes place DAILY for our soul.
I am SO saddened to see the struggle people have EVERY day. The lost children from the faith, the broken marriages, the health issues that are scary…

and what is most sad is how people are giving up, how they are despairing, how they CANNOT SEE God’s HAND in their life.

My friends, we were BORN to SUFFERYou and me both.

Until we realize that we will never be truly happy. Happiness doesn’t come from having it ALL. It doesn’t come from big houses, and debt free living. It doesn’t come from perfect health and HAPPY families. Nor from white picket fences and perfectly behaved children.
It comes from embracing our crosses and knowing how glorious it is to be able to suffer along with our Savior who poured out his life for us. THAT is #realcatholicbeauty
Are you ready to SUFFER for HIM that poured out His life for YOU?
